I attended your course a few weeks ago and tried making my first batch
of macaroons yesterday. And they turned out wonderfully!
I made the basic
recipe filled with home made lemon curd, and was really surprised how
well they turned out! Nice and shiny shells and wonderfully soft on the
inside. I will be making more next Sunday, going to make an attempt at the
pistachio ones!
Thank you so much for a great course, it really inspired me to start
baking again! I know now what I'll be doing whilst on maternity leave! :o)
