Amanda is Now a Happy Tea Drinker!

I was at the tea tasting class that you gave at Howard Kennedy last Tuesday evening - I was the one who didn't like green tea.

After the class, I tried making green tea with water off the boil - and it has been quite a revelation: I like it.

I wanted to send this email to say thank you for your advice - I am now a happy green tea drinker! I would never have considered that the temperature of the water would make such a radical difference to the taste of the tea.
